Call 612-670-5054 to schedule a complimentary appointment between a year to six weeks before your wedding date. Consultations usually take place at coffee shops in the Eden Prairie area.

An average consultation can last one-and-a-half to two hours. Sarah will work with you to help you decide exactly what you want and then we'll create everything you desire -- including bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres, church and reception flowers -- all guaranteed to enhance your wedding day.

Look in books and magazines for ideas that fit what you want your wedding to be. Formal? Traditional? Contemporary? Remember we can change colors or flowers to achieve your vision.

It’s helpful if you can provide us with the following information:

• Date and time of wedding ceremony
• Picture time
• Complete name, address and phone numbers for ceremony and reception location
• Contact person at ceremony/ reception
• Color and style of bridal party attire (fabric samples are very helpful.)

Sarah works with brides who have a wide range of budgets. The price of wedding flowers depends on type of flower, quantity, and seasonal availability. These are some general pricing guidelines. Most bridal bouquets are in the $75.00-$150.00 range and bridesmaids in the $20.00 - $60.00 range. We can make bouquets larger or smaller. Boutonnieres usually are $6-$12.50 and corsages usually are $7 – $20.00.

Boutonnieres for men: Groom and groomsmen, ushers, ring bearers, fathers and grandfathers. Boutonnieres are also often chosen for readers, musicians, escorts, hosts, godfathers or other family members.

Corsages for women: Mothers, grandmothers, personal attendants, readers, musicians, hostesses, cake cutters, and people who hand out programs usually wear corsages. Mothers could also carry a small nosegay or flowers on a purse.

Yes. Sarah can create bridal bouquets, bridesmaids bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres from silk flowers too, really anything you might need.

Yes. Sarah personally makes a special delivery of your wedding flowers to the ceremony site and/or reception site within the seven county metro areas for a small additional fee.

Every bride wants to know “how much will my flowers cost”. The answer is as individual as each bridal couple’s needs are different. There are a number of variables, and each wedding is, in essence, a custom order. Some factors to consider are: the number of bridesmaids, the number of reception centerpieces, the size, type and shape of your floral bouquets are all factors that will affect the overall cost of your floral décor. A good rule of thumb is that your wedding floral & décor budget should be 10-20% of your overall wedding budget.

Sarah is  happy to work with each bridal couple on an individual basis and price your wedding for your personal needs.  She is always happy to guide you to which flowers and style of décor will best fit your needs and your budget.

Your deposit as listed in your contract will guarantee your date and your prices (excluding any changes). Your wedding date will not be held without a deposit. We accept cash and check for deposits. Your floral estimate is based on the information given at the initial meeting. Changes may still be made up until 18 days prior to the wedding date. Any details in question or changed items after the original floral consult may change your total. The prices quoted are firm if your deposit is received by the date indicated by your consultant. Prices may not be guaranteed for deposits received after this date. Once your initial deposit is placed, you may still make changes at any time. Sarah will make the necessary price adjustments and give you your final balance after all the changes are made. Please note, changes to the content of your wedding décor will change the original estimate price.

• 4 weeks (or less) of your wedding date: no refund
• 6 Months-one month: Refund less initial deposit

There are several reasons to hire a professional -

• You may see the perfect blooms in a shop when you are planning your event, but will they be in season and in stock on the day you need them? We know what will be available and have access to a wide variety of flowers at all times. We can also put in special orders with wholesalers or directly with the growers to make sure you have exactly the varieties and colors you want.
• You and your guests should enjoy the day. You certainly don't want to get sweaty or even injured cutting flowers on your wedding day. Even if a friend or relative has good intentions, you only get one chance to have perfect flowers for your wedding day, and the way to make sure you get it right is to use a professional.
• It takes skill and experience to prepare fragile blooms to last through a wedding day. We can help you choose the flowers that will last. We choose the best flowers fresh from the wholesaler, construct sturdy bouquets and displays, store them in our professional coolers and transport them safely to your site.
